Our diverse learners will be empowered to rise to high expectations and thrive in an ever-changing global society through rigorous academics, social-emotional growth, and college and career readiness. Each student will graduate on time, fully equipped with the skills, mindset, and support to become reflective, resilient, and globally-minded individuals who contribute meaningfully to their school, community, and future pathways.

  • Gar-Field School Counselors will abide by the American School Counseling Association’s professional school counseling ethical and professional standards to provide appropriate service for the safety and success of all students.
  • Gar-Field School Counselors are school leaders; advocating for all students by collaborating with key stakeholders is critical to removing barriers to student learning by closing achievement and opportunity gaps and promoting the achievement of students’ academic, personal/social, and career goals.
  • Gar-Field School Counselors believe Diversity is to be respected and appreciated as we foster unity among our students, faculty, staff, and community through effective collaboration, communication, and service.
