Girls Lacrosse Logo
Lacrosse, North America's oldest team sport, was first played by Native Americans, particularly the Haudenosaunee (also known as the Iroqouis).  It is one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S. 
Gar-Field Girls Lacrosse is a spring sport that competes in the Cardinal District. The team requires no prior experience with lacrosse and is looking for athletic girls who want to try something new
Tryout Dates: 
February 23, 24, and 25 2:30-4:30
Team Requirements: 
  • Cleats 
  • Mouthguard
  • Lacrosse Stick (Can borrow from team)
  • Optional Helmet/Goggles (Can borrow from team)

Head Coach: James Greenfield 

Coach Greenfield is in his First year as Head coach, with over 8 years of coaching experience (3 of which being with Gar-field Boys Lacrosse) and over a Decade as a player. He is also an history teacher here at Gar-Field and an assistant coach for the girls field hockey team.
