Reporting Absences

Parents/guardians have several options for reporting absences to the school:

• Use the ParentVUE app for same day absences (preferred)
• Forgot your password? Visit the ParentVUE site to reset it.
• Need to setup your ParentVUE account? Follow these registration instructions.
• Email the student's Alpha Administrative Assistant (see list below), from one of your email accounts that is on file in the HUB
• Send in a written note within 5 days of the missed school day to turn into Alpha Administrative Assistant (see list below) MUST include Student ID, parent’s signature, and date of turning it in.

A Reminder About Absences:

• At the third consecutive absence, a medical note is required to excuse further absences
• At the tenth absence (total count), a medical note is required for each additional absence for the remainder of the year.
