Winter Track, also known as Indoor Track and Field, is a competitive sport that takes place during the colder months, giving athletes a chance to train and compete indoors. It’s open to all athletes—no matter your experience level or primary sport.

  • Get in Shape for Spring: Winter Track is a great way to build endurance, strength, and overall fitness to prepare you for your spring sport.
  • Improve Speed and Agility: Whether you play football, soccer, lacrosse, or another sport, Winter Track will help you get faster, stronger, and more explosive.
  • More Than a Team—We’re a Family: We work hard, push each other to improve, and have fun along the way. From relay races to team bonding, you’ll build friendships that last beyond the season.
