GFHS Delayed Entry/Early Release Information
Prince William County School Board Regulation No. 728-3, the Standards of Accrediting
Schools in Virginia, includes a provision requiring all students in grades 1-12 shall maintain a
full day schedule of classes (5 ½ hours) unless a waiver is granted. For purposes of applying the
provisions of this standard requiring an abbreviated schedule must seek a waiver through the
principal for less than a full day schedule.
