ParentVUE Help

ParentVUE replaces the old "Parent Portal" website for tracking student attendance and grades.

This is also where parents will complete the PWCS Return to Learn form.     

Need help? 

If you need an activation key and have never created a ParentVue account, please email your student's administrative secretary for activation assistance.

If you have already set up a ParentVUE account and are having trouble resetting your password, linking students in your household or are in need of any other assistance, please contact Mrs. Lowther at LowtheJM@pwcs.edu      

Be sure to include your name, your student's first and last name and a phone number where you can be contacted in the email.

PWCS is requesting parents and guardians complete a Return to Learn form regarding their enrollment intentions and technology needs for the 2020-21 school year. In order to complete the form, you must be able to log in to the web version of ParentVUE. The form cannot be completed from the ParentVUE app. 

Once logged into ParentVUE, click on your student’s name, then select Student Info, and click Edit Information. Review the form and answer each question. Once completed, click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen. To complete a form for another child, select the next student from the drop down in the left upper corner of the screen and repeat the process to complete the form. Login to ParentVUE to complete the form.
